AMBULANCE CALL CARD AS AN INNOVATION METHOD TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY AND OPTIMIZATION OF POPULATION HEALTH SERVICES
Abstract
In accordance with the development of the Strategy of actions in Uzbekistan, the full connection of all state polyclinics to E-Health. Digitalization of health will save significant funds since many written-paper documents will be digitalized. The creation of an Ambulance Card is necessary to reduce the growth rate of infectious and non-communicable diseases and strengthen preventive measures, which requires strengthening the potential of health care as a system. The article presents an improved emergency call card - “Kuzatuv varakasi”, describes the capabilities of the software module. The effectiveness of its use in collecting data on incidence from medical organizations, conducting an operational and retrospective epidemiological analysis, and transmitting summary information to the Health Department has been substantiated.
