IMPROVEMENT OF MAINTENANCE SYSTEM AND REPAIR OF MINING EQUIPMENT
Abstract
The paper provides recommendations for the implementation of a gradual transition from the CPD system of the energy-mechanical service of repair of mining equipment to the system de facto. The results of experimental studies of the vibration of the support nodes of mining equipment are presented. The interconnections of the technical condition of the elements of the bearing support machines and spectral features based on the analysis of the high-frequency component of the vibration signal have been invesitgated, which allow determining the type of defects and predicting their development. Likewise, switching from a preventative maintenance method to a condition means saving 32% on maintenance costs. Consequently, the costs of creating systems for monitoring and diagnosing machines will quickly pay off, while taking into account fines for environmental pollution and payments to employees for damage to their health, the socio-economic effect will be significantly higher. As a result, the reliability and safety of machines will increase. A significant reduction in the scope of maintenance work will enable the maintenance personnel to prepare and carry out measurements, as well as more thoroughly inspect each machine that has been decommissioned for repair.
