Abstract

The article reviews the state-of-the-art of the Higher Educational Institutions in the Republic of Uzbekistan, drawbacks directly related and not related to the Higher Educational Institutions and ways of dealing with them. The problems of training of highly qualified personnel has been discussed as well.
