SCIENTIFIC ANALYSIS AND TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS FOR RAISING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF СБШ-250МН DRILLING RIGS
Abstract
The article reviews quality of the electric power supplied to СБШ-250MН drilling machines used in the mining industry of our republic, methods of control on the operating modes of electrical installations, as well as issues of raising the energy ef�iciency. Recommendations are also given for improving the quality indicators of electric power supplied to the drilling machines, and ef�icient use of electric power of the drilling machine’s. Moreover, the article analyzes modern frequency control systems, optimal solutions for achieving energy ef�iciency and possibility of controlling compressor units used on drilling machines. The introduction to the article reveals scienti�ic works made by several foreign researchers into improvement of energy ef�iciency and power supply to drilling machines. The main part presents a brief overview of calculations of the energy consumed by electric motors at high-power drilling machines. The research �indings retrieved based on the analysis and data from mining enterprises, enabled developing the energy consumption indicators of high-power electrical equipment of the СБШ-250MН drilling machine, as well as methods for their optimal control.
Achieving the goal of developing an energy ef�icient drilling machine system СБШ-250MН requires practical implementation of proposals and conclusions of the study
