Abstract

The scientific paper reviews operation and operating conditions of deep pits. The division of the quarry field into natural-technological areas and their classification have been made. The work also provides schemes of division of the open pit field into conventional natural-technological zones and of complex mechanization of natural-technological zone by the cyclic action equipment. The dependence of the rate of mining decline on the width of the working site has been maintained. Strategic technical solutions to help manage mining manufacture and complex continuous planning and design of mining operations as well as division of working space into pit zones, have been elaborated. A nomogram for determining the parameters of excavation blocks based on the rate of decline of mining works for different sizes of excavators and a structural scheme of complex mechanization of natural and technological zones by cyclic-flow technology have been provided.
