EVALUATION OF THE ACCURACY OF MEASUREMENTS MADE USING PHOTOELECTRIC RECORDER AGAINST UNFOLDED LASER PLANE

FULL TEXT:

Abstract

The article discusses issues of assessing the accuracy and efficiency of geodetic measurements using a laser beam sweep unit in a plane image and a patented photoelectric recorder with three photo sensors installed on a square opaque plate in a Z-shape, combined with three fiber-optic bundles at the input and connected to an electronic circuit with counters and indicators. A comparative analysis of photoelectric recording devices, as well as of development methods of the static and motional sweep of a laser beam into an image of a plane, has been made; the main factors affecting accuracy of measurements and methods of reducing their influence on a light surface of revolution – a “corrugated” plane in three coordinates, are presented. A pentaprism revolving around the axis of the laser beam was chosen as an optical element, and calculated data on the accuracy assessment were obtained for planning work and as-built survey
