DISTRIBUTION OF THE SPECIES OF PUCCINIA PERS. ON MEDICINAL PLANTS IN THE ZAAMIN NATIONAL NATURAL PARK

Abstract

The article describes the rust fungi common in medicinal plants in Zaamin National Natural Park. In the course of these studies, 22 species from the genus Puccinia were identified. According to the distribution of growing rust fungi by families, genera and species of vascular plants, it was observed that they are found in 28 plant species belonging to 21 genera and 10 families. GIS maps were compiled to show the distribution areas of species of the genus Puccinia in the study area. The study showed that species of the genus Puccinia strongly affect medicinal plants like Arctium leiospermum Sur.et.C Serg , Artemisia absinthium L, Berberis interarrina Bunge, Bunium choerophylloides Pegcl. et. Schmaeh., Cichorium intybus L., Impatiens parviflora DC., Lonicera korolkowii Stapf, Lonicera altmanii Regel et Schmalh, Mentha aquatica L., Origanum tyttanthum Gontsch., Tussilago farfara L. Urtica dioica L., Ziziphora pedicellata Pasij & Vved, Ziziphora pamiroalaica Juz., etc.
