FORMATION OF OUTERWEAR PACKAGE FROM NONWOVEN MATERIAL BASED ON LOCAL WOOL FIBER
Abstract
The article presents findings from a marketing study into the demand for heat-preserving non-woven materials in the local market, particularly during the autumn- and winter time, consumer requirements and compliance of clothing products with standards. Physical characteristics of heating layer kit samples and heat retention packaging samples made of nonwoven materials with fiber compositions of 70% wool and 30% polyester and of 60% fiber and 40% polyester, developed by processing of coarse fibers using the needle-punching method - have been reviewed. According to the findings from experimental research, it is being recommended to form a set of outerwear with non-woven materials containing 70% wool and 30% polyester as a heat-saving layer.
