CONVEYORS TRANSPORTING PRODUCTS AT ENTERPRISES OF PRIMARY COTTON PROCESSING: TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS AND THEIR ADVANTAGES

Abstract

At the enterprises of primary cotton processing the manufacture of produce from cotton raw materials with high quality and competitive indicators, as well as the achievement of high labor productivity is primarily closely related to consistency of technological equipment. Appropriate placement of technological machines and introduction of additional auxiliary mechanisms allow to increase production volumes and timely transfer products to the next technological process without damaging them. However, at many production plants there are interruptions in the transfer of raw materials from one process equipment to another due to the amount of equipment, the location of the building or other factors. As a result, the transfer of raw materials past the first process to the second stage is based on manual labor, which reduces efficiency. The article reviews these processes on the example of a cotton ginning enterprise, provides new technological solutions and describes their advantages
